Will Motchar is president and CEO of Navis Global. He earned his B.B.A. from Illinois State University and has an M.B.A. in Marketing from Wake Forest University. Prior to joining Navis Global, Will spent 13 years with National Starch & Chemical in progressing responsibilities in sales, marketing and business management.
Devin Steele, publisher of eTextileCommunications.com, has covered the global textile industry for more than two decades. Previously, he served as editor of Southern Textile News in Charlotte, N.C. He is a strong advocate and promoter of U.S. textile manufacturing and considered by some as the “voice” of the industry. He is based in the heart of the U.S. textile industry, in Greenville, S.C.

Clay D. Tyeyar is president and assistant treasurer of ATMA. In this capacity, he is responsible for day-to-day operations, delivery of programs and services, budget and liaison with ATMA's Board of Directors. Additional areas of Clay's expertise include lobbying, government relations, fundraising, international exhibition management and production, trade missions and financial controls. He was one of the first graduates of the George Washington University's Master of Association Management (MAM) Program, earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives, and is a graduate of Gettysburg College, with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Harry (Buzz) Buzzerd, Jr., was named management counsel to ATMA in 2003; he has served ATMA since 1977 as executive vice president and as president. He began his association management career in 1964 and holds a CAE (Certified Association Executive). He earned a B.A. from Gettysburg College, along with extensive graduate and professional education. In addition to his work with ATMA, Buzz is management counsel for the Process Equipment Manufacturers Association. He is chairman of Association and Society Management International, Inc., the firm that manages ATMA.
